Year 3 around the world!

This term Year 3 you will be learning about different people and their beliefs. There are lots of places to find out about other places and other people. 3 Blue are learning about other places through the letters and information they get in their Flat Stanley packs and there are other ways as well. We'll name them in our lesson!

For this activity, we're going to use e-resources to find out information. We will learn to log in to our student accounts and then explore some of the resources.
The task will be to use the links and find out three interesting things things, related to people and their beliefs.

You need to write your information in sentences as a blog comment & include the links where you found your information. Good Luck!!

On the playground Brenna is having a good time meeting the real people in 3 Blue. Maybe they will teach her how to play handball, or show off their skipping skills.

Flat Brenna is in Luddenham. The boys were quite excited as the envolope was being opened.

Brenna has traveled to us from Weedsport Elementary Schhol Weedsport New York State.

Yesterday we went to the Botanical Gardens to see different landmarks. We saw a man catch a fish and we saw all sorts of creatures .

For the last couple of weeks we have learnt some basics in Technology. We have gone over the rules for using technology at school, learnt how to save onto our flashdrives and then we explored powerpoint. We made some great slideshows about Australia.

Now we are on the next step- group work based on the activities we chose from our goal setting this year .
