Stations of the Cross




Today we participated in our Stations of the Cross prayer. Year 4 children dramatised and led the prayer. Please comment on the experience :

What was the message for us at this station?

The third station was when Mary saw Jesus. The message was for us to remember our Mothers

The 3rd station showed us that Mary watched Jesus die on the cross. The message is to love our mothers.

The last station was when Jesus died on the cross because he wanted to die for us

The station Mary had to watch Jesus die on the cross. The special thing is that Mary Prayed for Jesus.

On station 4 Simon did not want to help Jesus carry the cross but he had to do it so he did it and Jesus fell.

In station 3 Mary swap the sweat of Jesus .

At the 9th station Mary was holding Jesus head and then laid the cloth on him then some people put Jesus in a tomb and 2 days later Jesus rose from the dead.

The seventh station was about how Jesus died and his friends were sad. And it was also sad

On station 4 Simon did not want to carrye the cross but he knew that was the right thing. So he did .and the cross was heavy.

The last station was about where Jesus died for us and the people put a cloth on Jesus.
